• Expertise with business systems like ERP, SCM, CRM, BI, etc.
• Strength in mathematics, statistics or data analytics.
• Experience with methodologies like 6-sigma and lean.
• Strong English communication skills – both written and spoken.
• Experience with development and/or implementation of business systems.
• Application development expertise. We primarily use Java.

While our requirements related to the candidate’s skills are important, they are only part of what we look for when we evaluate candidates. As important as skills are, the following attributes of the candidate’s personality are also critically important.
